Ameilya was born in Calgary, then relocated to Vernon in 2016. She has over a decade of experience in the design industry. In 2018, Ameilya received her BID from the RCC Institute of Technology in Vaughn, Ontario. A passion for form and function - and a keen interest in how people interact with their environment - is what inspired Ameilya to pursue a career in design.
Great weather, a relaxing lifestyle, and an eclectic culture drew Ameilya to the Okanagan. The natural beauty of the area has been a source of inspiration in creating beautiful and functional spaces. Ameilya describes her design philosophy as being "driven by intuitive listening and empathizing to truly understand a client's needs and desires. By working together closely, I can interpret and create not only a visually pleasing design but one that is also practical, functional, timeless and personally crafted to a client's needs."
Growing up in Armstrong, Leesa has always been immersed in the natural beauty of the Okanagan. Prior to moving to Kelowna to pursue a diploma in Interior Design in 2010, Leesa had almost a decade of experience in the construction industry.
Leesa believes the power of strong design can transform a kitchen into a space where beauty and functionality intersect.
